What is your jewelry made of?

Rose & Fern jewelry is crafted from polymer clay, a lightweight and flexible material that ensures even our largest statement pieces are comfortable to wear throughout the day. I use hypoallergenic findings, typically made from surgical steel or stainless steel, to support sensitive ears.

Are your earrings heavy?

One of the greatest benefits of polymer clay is its lightweight nature. While larger, intricate designs may feel a bit heavier than small studs, they’re still comfortable to wear and won’t weigh your ears down.

Are the colors exactly like the photos?

I do my best to photograph each piece in natural lighting, however, slight variations may occur due to screen differences. Additionally, all items are handmade in small batches using unique, custom color blends. When I sell out of a batch, to reduce waste, I prioritize using scrap clay to color mix and match what you see in the product photo. While I do my best to match as closely as possible, slight variations in color tone may occur.

How do I care for my earrings?

Store them in a clean, dry place
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat
Because I don't apply a resin coating, the pieces may accumulate residue, dirt, or makeup over time. Clean them gently using a mild soap or isopropyl alcohol for a fresh and polished look.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are made to order, please note that all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or if there's an issue, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to work with you to find a solution.

How long will it take to get my order?

I strive to process and ship orders within 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location, as I offer both domestic (U.S.) and international shipping. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
